CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you are unable to keep your appointment for a service or booking for a class or workshop, please let us know at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time so that there is no charge to your account. Be advised that if you cancel your appointment for a service or your booking for a class or workshop within 12 hours of your scheduled time, or do not show up for your appointment or booked class or workshop, you may be charged the FULL cost of your scheduled service, class or workshop.
