SPA ETIQUETTE:

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that your scheduled appointment time is reserved for only you. If you arrive late, you may be charged for the full scheduled session and may only be granted the remainder of the session.

New clients please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork.

Please be considerate of others and have your mobile phone off while in our office.

Gratuity

While not required, it is customary to provide your therapist or esthetician a 15-20% gratuity if you were happy with the services provided. If you have any questions about our gratuity policy feel free to ask any of our staff members.
